Vass of Bath Ltd has serviced and maintained all Volkswagen and Audi models, and all >2001 Seat and Skoda models.
Our Servicing prices remain competitive with non specialist establishments and considerably undercut those of the main dealers, even though we always use genuine parts, oil and equipment.
Our dealer trained technicians ensure the highest standards of workmanship on your vehicle and all our work is guaranteed for 12 months/12000 miles, with most of the genuine parts carrying a full 24 month warranty.
At Vass of Bath Ltd we strive to keep up with all the latest technology offered at dealerships so we can offer the same level of service. We are proud to offer such facilities as 'ODIS' - genuine VAG group online diagnostic software that enables key and component coding, guided fault finding and much more.
Our highly experienced trained parts team use the 'ETOS' parts ordering system - so prices of genuine parts are available immediately. Non genuine parts are available on request and at Vass of Bath Ltd we always aim to provide the customer with parts that match original quality or as close to. These parts are direct from manufacturer suppliers such as FEBI, INA, Gates, LUK and Bosch.
Courtesy Cars
At Vass of Bath Ltd we always aim to put customer service first. For this reason we provide courtesy cars which are charged at £10 per day including Third Party insurance for the duration of your cars stay. These cars are generally Polos, Fabia's and Up!, all with Power steering. If we cannot provide a car on your chosen day we also offer a free lift and pick up or a complimentary collection and delivery service (10 mile radius).
